Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be based in the Island, with a strong network and a deep understanding of the oil & gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, training, procurement) to align client needs with service delivery.
• Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in business development.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Self-driven with a passion for growth and business expansion.
